What counts towards my invoice volume?
We count the total value of unpaid invoices that DunningBot monitors for you each month. Paid invoices don't count towards your limit.
What happens if I exceed my volume limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade anytime, and we won't cut off service mid-month.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Pay monthly and cancel anytime. We believe if we're doing our job well, you'll want to stay.
Do you have access to my bank account?
No. We only connect to your accounting software (Xero or QuickBooks) with read-only access to invoices and contacts. We never see your bank details.
What accounting software do you support?
We currently support Xero and QuickBooks Online. If you use something else, join the waitlist and let us know—we're expanding based on demand.
